Dear Heavenly Father, Almighty God, I confess that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ, died on the cross as the sacrifice and atonement for my sins and that he was raised from the dead on the third day. By faith, I now turn from my sins and invite Jesus Christ into my heart as my Lord and Savior, trusting Him for the Salvation of my soul. And by my confession of faith, I graciously receive your Holy Spirit and the gift of eternal life. I surrender myself to seek your will and follow in the path of righteousness each day. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
